Scribes who write, check and repair Torah scrolls, tefillin and mezuzot. Each listing shows the services and prices declared by the sofer, and lets you contact them directly.

Listing is free and will stay free. TorahGuard takes no commission, books nothing and handles no payment: you write to the sofer, that is all.

Training and background are declared by the sofer. TorahGuard does not verify them and certifies no one. Ask for references as you would with any craftsman — a badly written Torah scroll is passul, and it does not show at first glance.
